  • Reservations may be canceled or changed eleven (11) days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date and will receive a refund in the full amount of the reservation, less a non-refundable $25 booking fee. A reservation canceled within ten (10) days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the full amount of the reservation being forfeited. Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.

  • For the journey to Lazy D&D RV Resort in Crystal Beach, you have two scenic routes to choose from. Our preferred route involves taking Interstate 10 to Winnie, then exit 828 to TX-124 S, leading you to State Highway 87.

    Alternatively, for a coastal drive, consider the second option by taking the ferry through Galveston via Interstate 45 South. Please be mindful of potential wait times. While the ferry offers a charming route to Bolivar Peninsula, it's important to note that wait times can vary.

  • Yes, the ferry can accommodate a maximum overall weight of 80,000 pounds. The maximum height is 13.6 feet, width is 13 feet and length is 80 feet.

  • All sites are big rig friendly.

  • Yes, every site is full hook up with 20-30-50 amps with sewer and water.

  • Yes, we have Wi-Fi throughout the resort for whenever you need it.

  • Yes, we offer a lock fee to reserve a specific site. Please select that option when you make your reservation online. If you need help, please reach out to us at (email).

  • We welcome self-contained RVs including Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheel Trailers, and Class A, B, and C Motor Homes, tear-drop campers, pop-up campers and truck campers.

  • Currently, we do not have pull-through sites available.

  • No, we do not have RV rentals available.

  • The beach is accessible by crossing Highway 87 and walking through the Camp Margaritaville resort to the beach access point.

  • Yes, one of the most amazing amenities that we have is that you are allowed to drive vehicles on the beach. If you drive a personal vehicle or personal golf cart, a beach pass is required by the county and can be purchased for $10 at the Camp Margaritaville Camp Store.

  • Yes, we do have restroom facilities available on site.

  • Yes, we do have laundry facilities available on site.

  • There are no on-site dining options available. However, Fins Bar & Grill at Camp Margaritaville offers GrubHub delivery.

  • No, we do not have cable TV, but with our Wi-Fi you can stream any of your favorite TV apps.

  • Yes, bring your fishing pole and bait. You do need a fishing license to fish on the beach. Please check the Texas Parks and Wildlife website for more information. All fishing is catch and release only.

  • Yes, we offer a 10% Military Discount. This discount can be added over the phone at(409) 6841900. A Military ID will be requested at check-in.
